Tomorrow is my Dad's 92nd birthday, so I can't think of anyone better to profile for Throwback Thursday.
A year or so after my folks were married - notice the outfits - that was casual attire for Dad then! 1948

 So, Pop, you're hitting 92 tomorrow and I'm out of town, but we did do a pretty good job celebrating two weeks ago on Honor Flight in D. C. Here's the cool thing though: I've said this a few times in other posts... There aren't very many guys my age who still have their parents around, let alone enjoy hanging out with them. You've been my best buddy my entire life, but I can't figure out where the years went. All I know is that this is one kid who couldn't be prouder of his old man! I guess it's true, time flies when you're having a good time. Happy Birthday Pop!
