There's a point in life when it doesn't matter if you're right about when an image was captured or not. I'm guessing that I'm turning back the clock to twenty-five years ago, and I'm guessing it was a dive trip to Bonaire. However, it's what I do know that's important - First, it's me and my daughter, Jaime, on a dive trip. Second, my dive buddy, Tom Danielson, would have gotten the shot. Third, it was with Tom's Hasselblad. And here's the best part of the image - it makes me smile! Jaime is like a fish underwater, and we made a lot of dive trips together over the years. What always cracked me up was her ability to remember to pull her regulator out of her mouth, strike the pose and share a cheesy, all-teeth grin, bubbles, and all. If you haven't gone off in search of a great throwback photograph today, what are you waiting for? Throwbacks always bring us back to a time when things were different, and the best photos are the ones that make us smile. Take the time and have a little fun - find an old image and then share it. Happy Throwback Thursday!
