It's Tamron Tuesday, and I had fun grabbing three one-minute videos from the Tamron YouTube channel. While some of you will feel the tips are more targeted to the serious hobbyist, I love how they're done. They're short, to the point, with no fluff - just a solid "how to" piece to help photographers raise the bar on the quality of their images.
But now watch them and consider another application. Pay attention to the way Tamron tells each story. It's the perfect style of storyboard for you to develop short tips of your own for your readers/followers. Why? Because you're working to be recognized as the photography expert in your community.
You do dozens of things without thinking as a professional photographer - from composition to exposure, to storytelling, to posing, and so on. Help your clients become better photographers regardless of what they use to capture their memories.
Tamron manufactures some of the finest optics in imaging. They never slow down on their goal to make you a better artist. There are hundreds of great videos being shared on their YouTube channel. And, if you haven't checked out Tamron lenses at your local dealer, just click on the link below and take advantage of their Mother's Day promotion going on through May 28!
Check out "Why?" one of the most popular features on the SCU Blog. It's a very simple concept - one image, one artist and one short sound bite. Each artist shares what makes the image one of their most favorite. We're over 100 artists featured since the project started. Click on the link above and you can scroll through all of the episodes to date.
