Anne Geddes gave me the idea to share moments of joy that, in spite of the challenges of being hunkered down for the last six weeks, still bring out a smile. If you've got one, share it, because it's getting tougher and tougher to appreciate those moments in what's fast becoming the new normal!

Bobbi Lane and Lee Varis kick off today's post with might become two of my favorite grab-shots of Bobbi! Sheila and I have spent some quality time with them over the years and that before and after glass of wine look is one my favorites! But, all five of the images she sent made me smile!

Feel free to send me shots of a moment of joy in your life and we'll share them here in the gallery. Use my email at skip(at)mei500(dot)com. And for those of you who are confused - supposedly that's the way to show your email address and not put it out there for the spammers!

And speaking of Bobbi and Lee...

Looking for current moments of joy during these difficult times, I stumbled across this shot of all of us out to dinner in Sarasota.

Bobbi and Lee were here three years ago and we had dinner one night at Tsunami, our favorite sushi place. Lots of laughs and the biggest tab we've ever had there! LOL

It's moments like this I miss the most.

"Here we were out looking at the moon the other night. My son stayed in SLC where he goes to college so we are just 4 now."

"Here is the screen grab that makes me happy. It’s a 5 image pano I created for a glacier in Patagonia at Torres Del Paine National Park in Chile from my visit in October. It was a bucket list trip for me and I am so happy I went. Look at the details in the mountain carved out by the ice. The color of the blue ice is incredible too."

"It’s not a still, but this was last month in Rwanda and brings me so much joy."

Eddie Tapp

Eddie sent me a whole series of things that make him smile. I shared the first image in a blog post last week, but his others are fun too.

"The other day we decided it was time to see if our two water dogs could swim. What a kick for Lucy to trust me enough to take the leap. Belle's just not there yet!"
Come on you guys - send me those images of things that make you smile! I'd love to keep this series going.

Skip, these are GREAT. So fun. THANK YOU. I love all of them. The toilet paper holder statue, the dogs jumping in the pool, the chalk words, all of it.
