Posted just under a year ago, I found this short video on lighting featuring the "Master", Joe McNally. I love the simplicity of the way he teaches. He's always easy to understand, and with the diagrams he adds as he's teaching, it's easy for so many of you to raise the bar on your technique.
There are 1418 videos in the Adorama TV archives and each one covers a slightly different topic and captures the techniques of dozens of different artists. It's one of the largest educational archives in photography. Plus, Adorama is a Profoto dealer, so, for example, if you have an interest in the ring light Joe demonstrates in the video, it's only a click away to find out more.
Joe McNally is one of the finest educators in photography. If he's teaching/speaking at a workshop near you, run don't walk to get a seat. Bookmark his workshop schedule. It might look light now, but it'll be filling up throughout the new year.
