Photo on the Go with Joe McNally - Creativity in a Weak Location

Digging through the thousands of videos in Adorama TV's archives, I found this one from Joe McNally almost a year ago. Here's what I love about the way Joe did this video - it's pure education, starting with working in a bad location, or as Joe described it, "the kind of location where your shoulders slump".  From that location, tying in his creativity and all things McNally, Joe created the image below.

Take the time to watch the video, because Joe is going to take you through every ingredient that went into his thought process and then the capturing of the actual image. He storyboards his thought process and includes all the ingredients.
Interested in finding out more about the gear Joe used to shoot with in this video. Check out the Nikon D4 (discontinued, but replaced with the Nikon D4S) and Nikon 24-70mm Nikkor lens.

Joe's on the road teaching all over the country. If he's speaking in a city near you, run don't walk to get a seat. In the mean time you'll find his teaching schedule on the site as well as his blog.
