Intro by Skip Cohen

I usually dig back through the archives of Adorama TV on YouTube, but this was just posted this week and I love it. First, it really shows my good friend Tamara's skill in doing interviews on camera. She's become one of the very best! Second, it's an interesting interview talking about photography in a different direction than many of her other guests.

Here's a description of Jesse Kalisher's background and business from the Kalisher Art is Love website:

We are the artists. This means that we have the maximum flexibility to either curate or create art—and if we create something unique for you, we can customize it any way you like quickly and at no additional cost to you.

Led by renowned artists Jesse and Helen Kalisher, our creative team curates and customizes art right here in our studio every day, responding with ease and flexibility to whatever direction and input you offer. At our best, we're engaged in a creatively collaborative process that delivers the right art for your project each and every time.

We can even provide location shoots for you at little or no cost through our President and world-renowned photographer (his work is in The Smithsonian and The Louvre among other notable places). Ultimately, because we're artists—be it abstract, three-dimensional art or photography—our work or someone else’s—we won't bring you the same round of art over and over again because that's not who we are and that's not how we work.

Enjoy this new interview from reDefine and then check out the Art is Love website, especially the diversity of their galleries. Just click on the gallery page below. Then wander over to Adorama TV - they're coming up on 1500 videos in the archives! Each one is interesting and many are "how-to" pieces designed to help you raise the bar on your skill set.
