I know that millions of people have already seen this video from TED in 2011, but it's so relevant to all of us. Just trust me and watch it for the whole twelve minutes. Shawn Achor is the CEO of Good Think Inc., where he researches and teaches about positive psychology. Besides being a terrific presenter with some outstanding material, he's hitting on a topic so critical to every business owner. From my perspective, we spend so much time chasing success, we often miss the importance of being happy.
