Clients don't care about what gear you use, how you got started, how long you've been a photographer or even what awards you've won. They care about your passion. They want to know why you're a photographer not the what you do or how you do it.
I post this video from Justin and Mary a few times a year, because it's one of the best that's ever been done, specifically targeting bridal clients. If they hadn't done a video, their "About" section would have followed the same theme and still been effective.
